Ways we can work together

Whether you come alone, with a partner, or as a man who doesn't yet have language for what you're carrying, we work with the same depth, cultural fluency, and steady therapeutic relationship.

Individual Therapy

A steady, unhurried space for anxiety, identity work, and the patterns you've been carrying quietly. This is 1-on-1 virtual psychotherapy for BIPOC professionals, immigrants, and anyone tired of translating themselves into legibility. Fifty-minute sessions, weekly or biweekly, across Ontario.

For two people who want to find their way back to each other. Couples therapy at Ocean Deep untangles communication cycles, hidden resentments, and the cultural or intergenerational patterns that shape how you love. Especially resonant for intercultural couples across Ontario.

Therapy for Men

For men who feel more than they can name. Therapy for men who've been told to be strong, to figure it out, to hold it together and are ready to put that weight down. Tis is a grounded place to build the language for what is underneath.

What To Expect

How this work is different from what you may have tried.

Depth, Not Surface

Your journey begins with an initial consultation, where we will discuss your needs. I don't rush toward tidy answers or a coping worksheet. I think alongside you slowly and carefully about what's actually happening beneath the surface.

You will not have to translate

If you're BIPOC, an immigrant, or first-generation Canadian, you already know the labour of making yourself legible in every room. In this practice, that labour ends. My work across Ottawa, Toronto, and Ontario is grounded in lived cultural fluency.

One Therapist, Fully Present

No group practice, no intake team, no matching algorithm. Every session is with me. Research on therapy outcomes consistently shows that the therapeutic relationship is the strongest predictor of change.

This is me

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) based in Ottawa, offering virtual therapy across Ontario. I work with BIPOC professionals, immigrants, couples, and men who want more than surface-level care. My practice was built for the parts of you that shouldn't have to be explained. You bring your full context into the room, and we begin from there.

Ways we can work together

Experience a steady, unhurried space designed to help you make sense of anxiety, patterns, and questions of identity. This is a place for honest conversations where there is nothing you need to translate.
